OFFICIAL RULES
Effective for the current and future weekly rounds unless an update is published.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be legally eligible in their jurisdiction and able to provide accurate contact and fulfillment information. TheHoshi team members, contractors directly administering the draw, and prohibited jurisdictions are excluded.
2. Weekly round
Each round uses New York time. The current pool closes at 10:00 PM ET on Wednesday. Codes issued or status changes recorded after the cutoff apply to the next available round.
3. Purchase codes
A qualifying paid TheHoshi order of at least $199 receives 1 DRAW CODE. Each additional $199 in the same qualifying order receives 1 additional code. Refunded, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders may have associated codes inactivated.
4. Community codes
Each supported official platform can issue one Community DRAW CODE per verified email in each round, for a maximum of seven Community DRAW CODES per round. Repeating the same platform from another browser, device or cookie does not issue another code. Confirmation is customer-provided unless marked verified. TheHoshi may check the current connection before confirming a winner.
5. Draw and verification
The active pool is locked at the cutoff. Codes are sorted and selected using the public process shown on Draw Details. Selected codes are published immediately after the draw. Order eligibility, identity, connection status and rule compliance may still be checked separately for fulfillment, and ineligible selections may be handled according to the published process.
6. Winner publication and prizes
Selected winners are shown on the Winners page using DRAW CODE only immediately after the draw. Customer details remain private. Prize availability, colors and exact models may vary; TheHoshi may provide an equivalent item where reasonably necessary. Winners must respond within the period stated in the winner notice.
7. Fair use and changes
Automated abuse, duplicate identities, false confirmations, manipulation or circumvention may result in removal. TheHoshi may pause a round for security or operational reasons and will preserve or publish the relevant round record where practical.
8. Privacy
Email, order and account data are used to link codes, verify eligibility, contact winners and fulfill prizes. Public pages do not expose names, email addresses, phone numbers, order details or shipping addresses.
